We will build a deeper understanding of sequencing and manually adjustments by using our hands, eyes, and knowledge to align poses and create classes that produce more ease, rhythm, coordination, and harmony. Not only will this enhance your ability to teach, but it will reinvigorate your own practice. To be keener in your observation and more confident in your touch is to be more skillful in life. Join us for this illuminating journey of touch, observation, understanding and sharing.
